Downtown Partnership is a 501(c)(4) nonprofit organization, with a growing membership base of businesses, nonprofits and individuals representing thousands of employees, residents and other Downtown stakeholders. Anyone can become a member – whether or not you live or work in Downtown. “Partnership” is key to what we do. Downtown Partnership serves as an umbrella organization working closely with the Downtown Development Authority (DDA), Greater Downtown Colorado Springs Business Improvement District (BID), and Downtown Ventures, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. These affiliates were launched through the initiatives of Downtown Partnership and its predecessor organization, Downtown Colorado Springs, Inc.
Our work puts us in close collaboration with city and county government; private businesses from start-ups and mom-and-pop shops to large corporations; and nonprofit groups from human service agencies to places of worship, and arts and cultural organizations.
